In 2017 the legendary improvising drummer Sabu Toyozumi toured Aotearoa - New Zealand with a quartet assembled in his honour. This album - recorded at the Pyramid Club in Wellington - is the first volume of recordings presenting this incendiary group and the joyous energy of their performances.
Published on Sabu's 80th birthday with love and gratitude.
